Policies

All Sales are Final

  • Because we are an outlet store, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or returns.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for making sure items will fit through doorways, hallways, and inside their homes.

Order Changes

  • Customers have 24 hours after purchase to contact us if they need to make changes to their order.

  • Once an order is confirmed and placed with the manufacturer, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made.

Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled by independent third-party companies.

  • Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery charges.

  • Standard setup includes basic assembly (beds, dining tables, mirrors). Additional fees apply for bunk beds or special requests.

  • Orlando Furniture Outlet is not responsible for damages caused by third-party delivery companies or for accessibility issues (narrow doors, staircases, etc.).

Damages & Warranty

  • All furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Claims must follow the manufacturer’s warranty process and timelines.

  • No cash refunds are offered; warranty claims are subject to repair, replacement, or credit at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure clear and safe access for delivery teams.

  • Inspect all items upon delivery and report any visible damages immediately.
